Our Story

Classic Home & Renovations Inc. was founded on January 11, 1993, by Vladimir Lavrentyev. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted name in Greater Seattle home renovation and construction.

For over 30 years, we have been helping Seattle-area families transform their homes. From our early days working on smaller projects in neighborhoods throughout King County to the comprehensive renovations and custom homes we build today, our approach has stayed the same: treat every project like it is our own home.

Smaller Projects

Not every improvement needs to be a major renovation. We take on bathroom updates, kitchen refreshes, deck repairs, and other focused projects. These jobs matter to homeowners, and they matter to us.

Many of our long-term client relationships started with a single small project. We did good work, treated them fairly, and earned their trust for larger projects down the road.

Larger Projects
